Raknor delivers various solutions for the precast sector. We have manufactured >4600 Quay Wall Blocks between 50 to 80 tons each for the Saqr Port extension in 2017 – 18.

These precast blocks have been manufactured in an innovative way to ensure the highest durability and compliance with quality regulations for every single block.

- Monitoring of the whole casting process and stripping of formwork using the latest thermal maturity technology to avoid any thermal stress / excessive thermal gradiant. 

- Innovative Concrete Mix Designs
