Quay Wall Blocks are heavy-duty concrete blocks designed for use in waterfront structures such as quays, docks, and harbours. Their robust construction makes them resilient to harsh marine environments, including saltwater exposure and extreme weather conditions. RAKNOR delivers various solutions for the precast sector and as such we have manufactured 4600 Quay Wall Blocks between 50 and 80 tons each for the Saqr Port extension in 2017-18. These precast blocks have been manufactured using innovative technologies to ensure the highest durability and compliance with quality regulations for every single block.
